Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are free of pet hair or dander.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
